1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or submit any forms.

CoverFinalExpense.com operates as a consumer lead generation and referral service. Our service involves:

• Collecting your contact information and insurance preferences through an online form
• Transmitting that information to one or more licensed insurance agents or Insurance Marketing Organizations (IMOs) in our network
• Facilitating an introduction between you and a licensed insurance professional

We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance agent. We do not sell, underwrite, or issue insurance policies. We do not provide insurance quotes. We do not recommend specific insurance carriers, products, or coverage amounts. All insurance-related recommendations, quotes, and decisions are made exclusively by licensed insurance professionals regulated by their applicable state insurance departments.

Our service is provided at no cost to consumers. We are compensated by the licensed agents and organizations in our network, not by you.

3. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 50 years of age (final expense insurance is typically available for ages 50–85)
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal authority to provide consent on your own behalf
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your quote request

By submitting a form, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a quote request form on this Site, you expressly provide your prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227) to be contacted by CoverFinalExpense.com and the licensed insurance agents and organizations to whom your information is transmitted. This consent authorizes contact via:

• Telephone calls, including calls made by automated dialing systems
• Prerecorded or artificial voice messages
• Text messages (SMS/MMS), including messages sent by automated systems
• Email

Such contact may occur at the phone number and email address you provided, even if those numbers are listed on a state or national Do Not Call registry. Your consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.

Time-of-Day Restrictions

Calls and text messages will only be made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone, as required by applicable law.

Revoking Consent

You may revoke your consent to be contacted by replying STOP to any text message, verbally requesting removal from any agent, or contacting us at info@ebbiflow.com. Revocations will be honored within 10 business days.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request. Providing false or misleading information, including contact information that does not belong to you, is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

6. No Guarantee of Insurance Availability or Pricing

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will be matched with an agent, that any agent will be able to obtain coverage for you, or that any particular premium rate or coverage amount will be available to you. Insurance availability, eligibility, and pricing depend on factors determined by insurance carriers, including your age, health history, and state of residence.

7. Third-Party Agents and Independent Contractors

The licensed insurance agents in our network are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Ebbiflow LLC. We do not control the conduct, recommendations, or business practices of any agent in our network. We make no warranty regarding any agent's suitability, qualifications beyond state licensing verification, or the quality of services they provide.

Any insurance transaction you enter into is solely between you and the licensed insurance professional. Ebbiflow LLC is not a party to any insurance contract and has no liability arising from any such transaction.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

We do not warrant or represent that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Insurance laws, regulations, and product availability change frequently. Always verify information with a licensed insurance professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EBBIFLOW LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ebbiflow LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your provision of false or inaccurate information; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
